We started off running Amplify & Connect workshops as one off events. People LOVED them and would walk out the door buzzing with ideas.
But a month later we’d drop in with a ‘hey! how are you getting on?’ and their ideas, sparks and plans had fallen flat.
Why? Because when you get home, real life continues and all those ideas you had get pushed to the back burner in favour of just taking care of your day to day.
You get stuck back in business-doer mode instead of business-owner mode and the momentum and motivation slows.
People came for the connection too - but with no regular space to reconnect, it became hard for them to continue to get what they needed and build on the connections they’d made.
Workshops plant seeds, ignite ideas and spark change, but real results require depth & longevity…
