Sweet Retreat 2025 Agreement

The purpose of this Agreement is to set out the details about working together so that we both are clear as to what each of our respective roles are and how our communication will take place so that our time will be positive, productive, and comfortable.

The Sweet Retreat is owned and operated by JoJo Smith (CreativSAS) and Rosie Wilkins (Brand by Design). All content, ideas, workshops and programmes delivered as part of the retreat are the property of CreativSas and Brand by Design and will remain so.

We retain all ownership rights to the materials provided to you through your participation in the Program. We reserve all rights, title and ownership of all materials which are provided to you for your individual use only and with a single-user licence.

We do not authorise you to share, copy, distribute, or disseminate any materials received electronically or otherwise without our prior written consent. All intellectual property, including the Program materials, workbooks or any other content shall remain our property and you will not obtain any rights of ownership or other rights (of whatever nature) in the digital or other content or in any copies of it.

 

As your Mentor, it is our responsibility to:

  • Be on time and prepared for the retreat and each session therein. 

  • Offer support and accountability throughout the retreat

  • Help you stretch and focus on any homework and action steps you need to take towards your desired outcome.

  • Answer any questions you may have as they arise throughout our time together at the retreat

  • Keep any group and 1:1 session content and discussions, confidential

 

As the Client, it is your responsibility to:

  • Show up for the retreat and each session on time without distractions.

  • Give 100% of your effort and fully commit to the retreat and the content.

  • Come prepared for each Session.

  • Be open to new ideas and communicate honestly, openly and with
    integrity.

  • Come to each Session willing to stretch and grow.

  • Complete any homework and action steps between Sessions.

  • Promptly provide payment for the Program.

  • Ask any questions you may have as directed.

  • Keep any group and 1:1 session content and discussions, confidential, and
    only share information in the agreed forums (during group or 1:1 sessions
    and within the dedicated Facebook Group).

 

BOOKING & PAYMENT

On booking you’ll have the option to pay in full or in an instalment plan. All payments must be received by the 18th December 2024 and failure to pay will mean losing your place and forfeiting any money paid so far. If you are having difficulties, the best thing to do is contact us and we’ll do our best to support you.
 

CANCELLATION

Your initial deposit paid upon booking is non-refundable.

If you need to cancel your break for any reason and you are more than 7 days away from our start date of the 3rd February 2025 then we will do our best to resell your space. If we are able to do this, we will refund you any monies due back to you (minus your original booking deposit). If we are unable to resell your place then we will not be able to refund you any money paid. If you find yourself unable to travel inside 7 days of 3rd February 2025 then we will not be able to offer you a refund. 


ACCOMMODATION CHANGES

Our accommodation is booked through a third party agency and so we are at the mercy of their terms and conditions. Should any unforeseen circumstances arrive that mean the accommodation booked is no longer available to us, Rosie Wilkins and JoJo Smith will do their best to liaise with the third party agent to find a new location, but take no responsibility or liability for the change or any additional travel expenses this may occur

 

THE HOUSE

A security deposit will be paid on your behalf to cover any losses or damages that occur to the house or any property belonging to the house. You will be required to take financial responsibility for any breakages or damages you may cause during your stay and ask that you leave the property as you found it at the end of your stay. 

 

ROOM SELECTIONS

The property we have chosen for our retreat has a mixture of twin and double rooms that may be booked for single or double occupancy. If bookings come through quickly priority will be given in chronological order. If for any reason we find ourselves unable to accommodate your booking, you will be refunded your deposit. 

 

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS/ALLERGIES & SPECIAL REQUESTS

We will do our utmost to accommodate any dietary requirements and allergies during your stay but you must inform of any dietary requirements, allergies or intolerances as soon as possible. 

 

CONTENT CHANGES

Rosie and JoJo reserve the right to make changes to the content if they feel this is necessary to improve the experience of all attendees. 

 

BRAND PHOTOGRAPHY

All attendees will be given the opportunity to spend approximately 30 minutes creating content with The Sweet Retreat team. You'll be notified of your slot while you're here with us.


 

Every effort has been made to accurately represent this retreat and its potential however there is no guarantee of results or outcomes using the ideas and techniques in this program.

Examples in the materials are not to be interpreted as a promise or a guarantee of outcomes.

Your potential is entirely dependent on the way you use our products, ideas and techniques. Your level of success in attaining the results claimed in our materials depends entirely upon the time you devote to the Program, your commitment, your application of its ideas and techniques, your finances, your business, your knowledge and various other skills.

Since these factors differ according to individuals, we cannot guarantee your success. Nor are we responsible for any of your actions.

You acknowledge that we are supporting you in our role exclusively as mentors providing development and mentoring for educational and informational purposes only. We do not provide medical, financial or legal advice.

 

We will try to resolve any disputes with you quickly and efficiently.

If you are unhappy with:

  • the services;

  • our service to you generally; or • any other matter,

please contact us as soon as possible.

If you and we cannot resolve a dispute using our internal complaint handling procedure, we will:

  • let you know that we cannot settle the dispute with you; and

  • give you certain information required by law about our alternative dispute resolution provider.

If you want to take court proceedings, the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live will have non-exclusive jurisdiction in relation to this contract.

The laws of England and Wales will apply to this contract.
 

By accepting the terms of this Agreement you are agreeing to be legally bound by its terms, and acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed

Your Program will not begin until acceptance of this Agreement has been received, and payment has been made.
