Brand Compass Call - Terms and Conditions
By booking a Brand Compass Call or any related services with Brand by Design ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.
1. Booking and Payment
Upon booking a Brand Compass Call, you agree to pay the fee of £99 in full at the time of booking.
Payment must be made before the call is scheduled.
The fee for any additional services or add-ons (such as the Accountability Package) will be invoiced separately, and payment must be made before those services are rendered.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or reschedule your Brand Compass Call at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a £50 rebooking fee and this must be paid before services are rendered.
If you fail to attend the scheduled call without prior notice or if you are late for the call, the session will be deemed as forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Rescheduling is subject to availability, and new appointments will be scheduled at the next mutually available time.
3. Liability Disclaimer
While Brand by Design provides strategic advice, insights, and guidance in good faith, no specific results are guaranteed. Your success is based on various factors, including but not limited to your own efforts, actions, and business environment.
Brand by Design is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from the implementation of the advice provided during the Brand Compass Call. By booking the call, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for implementing the advice and for any outcomes associated with it.
You agree that Brand by Design is not liable for any claims, damages, or losses, whether financial or otherwise, arising from your business or its operations.
4. Client Responsibilities
You acknowledge that achieving results in your business requires commitment and effort on your part. Brand by Design provides guidance and support, but the implementation of strategies and actions is your responsibility.
You agree to take responsibility for putting the work into any actionable steps provided during the Brand Compass Call or subsequent sessions.
You agree to remain committed to the process and acknowledge that consistent effort is necessary to see tangible results from the guidance provided.
5. Confidentiality
Any information shared between you and Brand by Design during the Brand Compass Call will be kept confidential. We respect your privacy and will not share any sensitive business information without your consent, unless required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided during the Brand Compass Call (including but not limited to documents, strategies, templates, and advice) remains the intellectual property of Brand by Design and is provided solely for your personal business use. Reproduction or distribution of materials without permission is prohibited.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of Brand Compass Calls, no refunds are provided once the session has been booked or completed. If you are unsatisfied with the session, we encourage you to reach out to discuss how we can better meet your needs going forward.
8. Force Majeure
Brand by Design is not liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under these terms if such failure or delay is caused by unforeseen circumstances outside of its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or other emergency situations.
By proceeding with booking a Brand Compass Call, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
